Website Store Credit Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Magnolia Lane Boutique™! While our goal is for every customer to adore their purchases from Magnolia Lane, we understand that isn’t always the case. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, please read our return policy below to make sure that your items are eligible for return and for further instructions.

RETURN CRITERIA:

We Will Gladly Accept:
-Regularly priced apparel in perfect condition (damage-free, scent-free, pet hair-free, deodorant-free, makeup-free, etc) with tags still attached & return form present.

These items are INELIGIBLE for a return:
-You may not return an item if it has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.
-Sale or discounted items, items purchased with a discount code, accessories/jewelry, camisole tanks, leggings, glasses, bandeaus/bras, swimwear, gifts/décor, preorders, handcrafted items, gift certificates, leotards/body suits.

--No refunds. Store credit only.--

RETURNING SHIPPED ITEMS:

Please note: 10% is taken from the total of the returned items for a restocking and website transaction fee. You will need to pay for applicable shipping charges.
1) Print our return form found here: Magnolia Lane Return Form
2) Follow the instructions & complete the form.
3) Include items to be returned, return form, and original invoice in the same package. Ship them to: (Magnolia Lane Boutique RETURNS 701 S. Mustang Rd. Yukon, OK 73099) 
*NOTE* ALL website returns must be delivered to our store location within 14 days of the original ship date. 
-We recommend using a traceable carrier with tracking when you ship your return items back to us. We are NOT responsible for items lost in transit or items that do not arrive to our store.
-If items sent to us do not meet all of the return criteria, they will NOT be processed. (We will not be responsible for shipping charges to get them back to you.) If you have questions, refer to our return form or please email us and let us help before sending.

Return Processing:
Returns are processed within 1-7 business days after we receive the items in the mail.
-After we get the items and inspect/process the return, we will issue you a store credit to the email used to check out in the first purchase. Your store credit code will remain active for 45 days from date issued. After the 45 day time period, unused store credits expire. Code can be used one time in one single transaction.
-Our inventory changes quickly and we cannot guarantee that any item will still be in stock when you redeem your store credit code. 

Mix-ups & damages:
We check every order before sending for damages to ensure that you receive items in perfect condition. If we have not caught a damaged item from our manufacturer or if you believe incorrect items were sent to you, please notify us by email TheMagnoliaLane@gmail.com with this information and pictures of items/damage for our records within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have tags attached. (All packages are tracked and delivery time is noted via USPS)    
DISCLAIMER: We try our best to capture accurate colors & patterns of all items in our photographs. Items that appear to have a slight variance can not be considered defective.  Pattern placement may vary, and some computer screens and devices may vary slightly in color appearance.

RETURNING IN STORE PICKUP ITEMS:

*******-PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ORDER TO THE STOREFRONT WITHOUT EMAILING US SO WE CAN PREPARE THE STOREFRONT TEAM FOR THIS TRANSACTION.******

1) Return for store credit must be started within 14 days of purchase date.
2) Please fill out the return form and make sure that it fully fits our return criteria.
3) Email me at TheMagnoliaLane@gmail.com , and I will facilitate this in-store transaction for you. ***If your order does not meet all criteria listed above, it is not eligible for return for store credit. No exceptions.***
